Louisville Dumpsters doesn't own trucks or containers. It's a referral service: the number on this site reaches an independent local dumpster rental company, which handles the rental from start to finish.

Step by step
You call
During phone hours (Monday–Saturday 8am–8pm, Sunday 8am–1pm ET). Outside those hours, try again the next morning.
A local company answers
It's an independent business, not part of this site, with its own containers and terms.
You describe the job
What's going in, how much, where it can sit and when you want it.
You get a quote
Size, delivery date and price come from the company. Ask anything; there's no obligation to book.
Delivery and pickup
The company drops the container off, collects it when you call, and bills you directly.
Have these ready when you call
- The address, and whether the container goes on a driveway or in the street.
- A rough description of the debris and anything heavy in it.
- The day you'd like it and how long you think you'll need it.
- Any HOA, landlord or city rules you already know about.
Before you book
Ask the company to confirm the size, the weight allowance, the number of days, and what's not allowed. Check its license and insurance where they apply, as the disclaimer at the foot of every page explains.
